The production and record-breaking attempt for the longest comic panel drawing in Malaysia entitled “Kereta Saga Ayah” depicts Malaysia’s multi-racial community by telling the story of a Proton Saga car being owned and passed on through different races and generations. The comic is filled with elements of local diversity and transcends from the 80s to the present.

The comic panel will be drawn manually on a long paper-roll or multiple connected papers measuring approximately 150 meters. Upon completion and presentation, the drawing will eventually be displayed to the public. 

Aside from its main attempt to create the longest comic drawing in Malaysia, the underlying emphasis is to convey the beauty of our country’s cultural diversity to the current and future generations in an enjoyable, lighthearted, and relatable form.
